Wedding: Emily + Josh in Berea

•  I have known Emily for quite a few years now… in a weird way this was somewhat of a family wedding.  Emily is my Brother in Law’s long time girlfriend’s daughter.  Say THAT three times fast!!  So while Emily isn’t QUITE family she kind of is.  It was fun to shoot a wedding where I already knew a lot of the key players.

•  Emily is an identical twin.  Erica, her twin sister, was her Maid of Honor.

•  I found the brides shoes for her.  I am the queen of finding the perfect shoe!!

•  I have to say I totally adored these bridesmaids dresses, how cute are they?

•  When Emily first met Josh, she didn’t like him!

•  They are currently on a cruise and I’m very jealous!

•  My husband was my assistant!

•   This was the first double-header I’ve had in two years.  This was the first of two weddings this past weekend ironically in the same area.  There was 6 hours between the end of this wedding and when I needed to be up and rolling for the second.  Good thing I’m young!

Florist:  ArKay Floral & Gifts
Salon:  Berea’s Style Studio & Spa
Reception:  Diamond Event Center

Photo Location: Baldwin Wallace College

While I was getting images of the girls getting ready, Chris took the guys across the street to Baldwin Wallace for some outdoor pics.  It was a feat that impressed me as the guys weren’t keen on having any pics done beforehand.

Emily and Josh wrote their own vows and I giggled when I read them.  They included Josh vowing that he had two options when it comes to dinner: do the dishes when Emily cooks or make dinner and do the dishes.  Emily’s included that she would let him play Dungeons and Dragons once a week without complaint.  Of course I had to get a detail shot of the rings with them in the background!

Emily’s blue eyes are STUNNING!

I loved her shoes, while white/ivory shoes are pretty, there is that immediate fun factor with colored shoes.

Emily’s little brother Christian walked her down the aisle, he was scared but did a great job!

“We’re married!”

I always love the almost kiss shots.

Hi pretty Emily!!!

The first dance 🙂

My BIL Dale in a rare moment where he’s NOT making a face at me, he’s not a fan of the camera.

Erica dancing with her Grandpa, he had some serious moves!!!
