Springfield Bog Metro Park Family Session

It had been a while since I had last photographed this family and it was so fun to see them again! It was a really perfect fall day – overcast skies, a bit of a crispness to the air and the scent of leaves. Can you tell I am ready for fall? This summer has been so humid!!

We went to a new location to me, Springfield Bog Metro Park for their family session and I hope to return again sometime soon. It’s such a perfect little spot with lots of great spots for photos. There were quite a lot of photographers there so it’s not a secret location but the layout of the space allows for lots of goings on to be taking place without having to wait for people to get out of your shot which is nice. The fall colors here were especially perfect!

I always love how this family is styled and this session was equally as well styled. Great fall colors that were perfectly coordinated without being matchy-matchy. If you’re looking for someone’s style to emulate, here you go!
