Akron Family Mini Session with the C Family

Last November I met up with Amy and her family at Goodyear Heights Metro Park in Akron.  I had never been there before but Amy suggested it and it worked out really well – it was a perfect park for the first real crisp day of the fall and the trees were still absolutely beautiful.  They opted for a mini session so they could get some photos with all of their kids while their oldest was home from school and I’m so glad that the timing and weather all worked out perfectly!

Thank you all so much for trusting me to capture your family!

Canton Ohio Engagement Session with Taylor and Anthony

I know I’m so far behind on my blogging… last year was such a doozie (in all the good ways) but the bonus is that when it’s hot outside we have these cozy pictures to look at and dream about the crisp Autumn air that shall be here before we know it!  This session has all the autumn goodness one could want!!!

Taylor and Anthony really wanted a fall engagement session but every year the prime dates tend to book up quickly so they ended up with an early November date.  I kept my fingers AND toes crossed that the weather would hold and the leaves would stick on the trees for their session.  The crossing must have worked because their day was literally picture perfect!  The leaves were still at peak, the temperatures were tolerable and there was no rain (or snow).  I couldn’t have drawn up a better day for an engagement session in November!   They decided to go to the Canton Garden Center and we even discovered a GORGEOUS leaf strewn path I hadn’t been down before that was pretty much every fall loving person’s dream come true.

As for Taylor and Anthony, well as you will see, they are pretty darn perfect as well.  They were so sweet and tender together and I am super excited to photograph their wedding tomorrow!

Olmsted Falls Engagement Session in the Fall with Deena and Spencer

Not long after I returned from my yearly trip to New England I met up with Deena and Spencer for their engagement session in Olmsted Falls.  The weather that day was kind of iffy and it was sprinkling a bit off and on but they decided to go for it since their schedules were pretty tight and they weren’t too bothered by a bit of rain.  I am SO glad they did because even though there was a bit of drizzle it really was a perfect day and the images we got were fantastic.

What’s even better is that they were able to have their THREE dogs brought in for the end of their session and you all should know by now just how happy adding beloved pets makes me!  I LOVE working with animals and these guys were a treat and joy to work with.  You’d think it would have been absolute chaos (well, it was a smidge) but they were all quite well behaved.

I can’t wait until I meet back up with these two in September!!
