{"id":1102,"date":"2010-07-20T14:39:20","date_gmt":"2010-07-20T18:39:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coreyann.com\/blog\/?p=1102"},"modified":"2011-09-07T20:18:55","modified_gmt":"2011-09-08T00:18:55","slug":"miss-sydney-is-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coreyann.com\/blog\/children\/miss-sydney-is-4","title":{"rendered":"Miss Sydney is 4"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It&#8217;s amazing to me to watch my friend&#8217;s children grow!!! \u00a0I have done a few sessions with Sydney over the years (<a href=\"https:\/\/coreyann.com\/blog\/2008\/08\/the-derouen-family\/\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/coreyann.com\/blog\/2009\/04\/miss-sydney-in-city-park\/\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a> and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/coreyann.com\/blog\/2009\/04\/miss-sydney-at-the-beach\/\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a> are just a few) and each time she just makes me smile. \u00a0She&#8217;s adorable and fun and still begs to go home with me each time I go see her! \u00a0It&#8217;s hard not to love it &#8211; and I have to admit, I love being called Miss Corey. \u00a0Why don&#8217;t people do the Miss thing up here in the north??<\/p>\n<p>This year Sydney was a LOT more active and not wanting to look at the camera much but I still got a few good portraits while we were playing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.coreyann.net\/syd4-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"598\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">After Sydney and her Mom picked me up at the Gulfport Airport we headed out to the beach for some portraits. \u00a0It was raining so we had to drive out of it and make quick work of the little time we had. \u00a0It was CRAZY windy and there was also oil on the beach so we didn&#8217;t go near where the water had washed up. \u00a0We ended up not staying long due to the rain, wind and oil. \u00a0Windblown sand is NOT enjoyable for faces or cameras!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.coreyann.net\/syd4-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"598\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Sydney practiced some of her dance moves on the beach.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.coreyann.net\/syd4-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"598\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Not sure what move this is?? \u00a0Not long after this she flung some sand around &#8211; 2 years later and she still loves to play in sand!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.coreyann.net\/syd4-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"598\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The next day we met up with my friend Lisa and her two adorable girls (coming next on the blog!) at City Park. \u00a0It was raining, again, so we couldn&#8217;t go to Longue Vue (someday I hope to make it there!) so we opted to stay where there was more cement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.coreyann.net\/syd4-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"598\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Sydney was not digging my camera this day but I&#8217;m glad I got this shot, it&#8217;s a smidge sassy with a bit of serious thrown in. \u00a0Love!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.coreyann.net\/syd4-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"598\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">This is what happens when you take pictures near a playground and tell a 4 year old that you are going to eat instead of play. \u00a0Sydney wasn&#8217;t a happy camper about that decision!
