Wedding | Van + Jonathon | Cozumel, Mexico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u2022 \u00a0This is the final wedding of 2010 and what a way to end the year! \u00a0I cannot imagine a better place to be the week before Christmas than on the oceanfront in Cozumel, Mexico.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00a0The week before the wedding Cozumel experienced record setting low temperatures and lots of rain. \u00a0Luckily for us by the day of the wedding the weather had cleared up and it was absolutely perfect weather!<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00a0I cannot express just how fantastic this group of people was. \u00a0Everyone was SO friendly and warm and crazy awesome. \u00a0Every time we saw anyone from the wedding group (around 50 people came from all over the country!) they were super sweet to us.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00a0Van and Jonathon have been dating since MIDDLE SCHOOL! \u00a0I LOVE that!!! \u00a0It&#8217;s so fun when couples have been together that long because the families are already blended in a way and there&#8217;s none of that odd &#8220;we don&#8217;t know these people&#8221; feelings going around. \u00a0All of their friends are mutual friends &#8211; very few are HIS or HERS which was also great!<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00a0Van was seriously a cool cat. \u00a0Despite some drama the day of the wedding, she kept her cool and let EVERYTHING roll off her back. \u00a0She let other people handle anything that went amuck and just enjoyed the day.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00a0Jonathon was also a great guy. \u00a0He was able to handle everything with ease and kept his smiles the entire day. \u00a0I cannot rave enough about how lovely this couple was.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Vendors<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ceremony, Reception, Cake &amp; Catering: <a target=\"_blank\">Excursions Events Etc. <\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.coreyann.net\/vjw-1.jpg\" alt=\"ring shot outside in cozumel mexico\" width=\"900\" height=\"598\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">I got to start the day off with the rings, not a bad way to start!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Van&#8217;s father died a while ago so her older brother took over his role and it was only appropriate that he walk her down the aisle. \u00a0It was quite an emotional moment and everyone was in tears.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" get this great scene setting shot. \u00a0I&#8217;m in it but I&#8217;m not too upset about it since it&#8217;s such a neat shot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p height=\"598\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">I love this! \u00a0Van had on dark lipstick and after the kiss it &#8220;stuck&#8221; so she wiped it off, so darn cute.<\/p>\n<p \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">We didn&#8217;t have much time before the sun completely set so we did a quick shot on the beach before making our way back toward the main part of the resort where their dinner was held.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" girls looked so pretty and I loved how the colors of the flowers popped off the blue dresses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" style=\"text-align: center;\">The guys looked pretty great as well and I loved the sweater vests.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img center;\">Instead of hitting silverware against the glasses for the bride and groom to kiss they had maracas for the guests to shake, very festive and fun!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.coreyann.net\/vjw-22.jpg\" alt=\"groom with cake on his face\" width=\"900\" height=\"598\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">After dinner everyone went to the reception area near the infinity pool by the ocean and Van and Jonathon cut the cake&#8230; and made a smidge of a mess! \u00a0Yay!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" toasts were read off of an ipod\/iphone.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" choreographed first dance to Lucky by Jason Mraz, it was quite lovely!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
