{"id":1483,"date":"2011-05-23T15:03:19","date_gmt":"2011-05-23T19:03:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coreyann.com\/blog\/?p=1483"},"modified":"2011-09-07T19:40:01","modified_gmt":"2011-09-07T23:40:01","slug":"destination-rehearsal-christi-eric-carova-nc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coreyann.com\/blog\/destinationwedding\/destination-rehearsal-christi-eric-carova-nc","title":{"rendered":"Destination Rehearsal | Christi + Eric | Carova, NC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u2022 \u00a0A couple weeks ago I started off my wedding season back where I got married myself in 2007 &#8211; in the Outer Banks of North Carolina.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00a0This wedding has been in the works for quite a few years. \u00a0They bounced around a few different ideas for locations but ultimately ended up choosing the Outer Banks based on my raves and they fell in love with the area as well.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00a0I took pictures of their darling daughter Lana <a title=\"Children: Miss Lana is Two!\" href=\"https:\/\/coreyann.com\/blog\/2009\/11\/children-miss-lana-is-two\/\">a couple years ago<\/a>, it&#8217;s crazy how fast she&#8217;s grown!<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00a0I&#8217;ve known Christi and Eric for a lot of years and every time I am around them I just have a great time, they are such great people. \u00a0It was such a joy to be able to spend the week with them and seeing them finally tie the knot!<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Vendors<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Catering: \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.currituckbbq.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Currituck BBQ<\/a><br \/>\nEvent Home: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.twiddy.com\/homes\/4x4\/ocean-beach\/the-hemingway.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">The Hemingway<\/a> at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.twiddy.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Twiddy<\/a><br \/>\nOfficiant: \u00a0Rev. \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Luckily Monday&#8217;s weather was nice enough to have dinner outside by the pool. \u00a0I love the tables! \u00a0So pretty!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: back to our rental house in Corolla we passed this lovely wild horse munching on some grass.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">When I was younger these horses were roaming freely in the northern area of the Outer Banks but they were moved up to the 4&#215;4 area to protect them. \u00a0I took a picture of one when I was 14 and it was purchased for a postcard so it was my first &#8216;pro&#8217; gig so to speak so I was really excited to capture another image of these wonderful
