| The Nagel Family | Virginia Kendall"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u2022 \u00a0I have to apologize for the blog snafus. \u00a0There&#8217;s a couple kinks that I&#8217;m trying to work out with the navigation that isn&#8217;t quite working correctly (going from one page to the next). \u00a0Seems that I can either allow you to navigate from page to page in the main blog or page to page in categories but not both. \u00a0I&#8217;m trying to get it worked out and I apologize for any aggravation it may bring you!<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00a0This session is a really exciting one for me to show you guys! \u00a0While I have featured my in laws on here <a title=\"Senior | Nicole | Canal Fulton, OH\" href=\"https:\/\/coreyann.com\/blog\/portraits\/senior-nicole-canal-fulton-oh\" target=\"_blank\">a<\/a> <a title=\"Personal | Christmas 2010\" href=\"https:\/\/coreyann.com\/blog\/uncategorized\/personal-christmas-2010\" target=\"_blank\">few<\/a> <a title=\"Children | Miss Gabriella | 18 Months\" href=\"https:\/\/coreyann.com\/blog\/children\/children-miss-gabriella-18-months\" target=\"_blank\">times<\/a>,\u00a0I&#8217;ve shown you my <a title=\"Travel | Port Clinton, OH\" href=\"https:\/\/coreyann.com\/blog\/children\/travel-port-clinton-oh\" target=\"_blank\">godparents<\/a> and the trips I&#8217;ve taken with them, but until this shoot I&#8217;ve never photographed anyone that I&#8217;m related to since I was a child wielding my mighty Polaroid at Christmas.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00a0Kirsten is my cousin on my Mother&#8217;s side and thanks to Facebook we have reconnected after losing touch over the years. \u00a0Earlier this year we met up and I was able to meet her amazing hubby and her two kids for the first time and they were all such a charming family. \u00a0I was elated when Kirsten emailed me wanting me to take some family photos of them during the fall.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00a0Her oldest son, Chris, reminds me so much of my Dad. \u00a0It&#8217;s funny because they are not technically related but they have many of the same interests and passions. \u00a0My Dad loved nature and at one time in his life was considering becoming a park ranger. \u00a0Chris is very similar to Dad in that way &#8211; he&#8217;s very interested in nature and is so curious about the world. \u00a0I kept waiting for my Dad to come up during our session and tell Chris all about what he was investigating and exploring.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 \u00a0Gretchen, her daughter, is so darn adorable. \u00a0She reminds me so much of Kirsten as she has her same wit and charm. \u00a0She holds her own when it comes to battle of the wills with her brother and I remember similar battles between Kirsten and her older brother Bruce where she held her own just as well. \u00a0She&#8217;s also inquisitive and such a cutie. \u00a0It&#8217;s been so amazing and fun getting to know my second cousins!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"The Nagel Family\" src=\"http:\/\/www.coreyann.com\/nf-1.jpg\" alt=\"brother and sister walking through woods in ohio\" width=\"900\" height=\"598\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">This moment happened unprompted, which I hear is a rare event!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Chris must have inherited my cheese smile \ud83d\ude09 \u00a0The long standing joke was that no matter how wonderful my smile was, as soon as a camera came out it would turn to this. \u00a0Glad I&#8217;m not the only one with this curse \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img style=\"text-align: center;\">I love Gretchen&#8217;s smile here. \u00a0Sassy!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" style=\"text-align: center;\">You wouldn&#8217;t know it but there was a three ring circus running around us at this point. \u00a0SO many people were at the park and so many were doing their own photo shoots.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"The Nagel Family\" isolated but was anything but. \u00a0I have to say that this is an amazing place though! \u00a0I&#8217;d never been before and I hope to go back someday!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: them together. \u00a0Of course the kids were &#8220;ewwwww&#8221;ing it up.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">I tried to get some extra portraits at the end of the session but Chris was pretty much done with the camera at this point. \u00a0I don&#8217;t recall what he&#8217;s doing here but in the end, I like the personality that I was able to capture far more than I like the standard stand-and-smile poses!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p width=\"598\" height=\"900\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">I don&#8217;t know where Gretchen picked this pose up but it&#8217;s hilarious. \u00a0She kept turning her back to me and smiling over her shoulder a la Paris Hilton. \u00a0Hilarious.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" favorite picture of the two of them together. \u00a0Chris was jumping around with his map and Gretchen got caught in the crossfire on accident. \u00a0He felt so bad and gave her a hug and apologized. \u00a0So sweet!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"The Nagel Family\"
