{"id":6390,"date":"2015-09-23T11:17:40","date_gmt":"2015-09-23T15:17:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coreyann.com\/blog\/?p=6390"},"modified":"2015-09-23T11:17:40","modified_gmt":"2015-09-23T15:17:40","slug":"lamalfa-centre-wedding-with-becca-and-taylor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coreyann.com\/blog\/wedding\/lamalfa-centre-wedding-with-becca-and-taylor","title":{"rendered":"LaMalfa Centre Wedding with Becca and Taylor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Personally, I think that Becca and Taylor chose the best date to get married&#8230; it may just be because it&#8217;s also my anniversary date! \u00a0Normally I shy away from taking wedding commissions on our anniversary but after 8 years our anniversary celebrations have got a bit more low key and Becca and Taylor seemed like a fun way to spend the day (and hubs came along as my second shooter so we still saw one another).<\/p>\n<p>Becca and Taylor were just a hoot to work with. \u00a0They were both full of laughs all day and just so HAPPY to be married. \u00a0Their family and bridal party were both a dream to work with as well. \u00a0I must confess that my favorite part of the day would be when the ring bearer ran down the aisle and handed ME his pillow. \u00a0He was my buddy all day long and I even allowed him to take a few pictures as he loves to TAKE pictures instead of being in them. \u00a0You&#8217;ll see one of those below. Thank you both so much for trusting me with your day!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ceremony:<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/basilthegreat.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">St. Basil the Great<\/a> \/<strong> DJ:<\/strong> \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/selectivesound.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Selective Sound <\/a>\/ <strong>Photo Location:<\/strong> \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.clevelandmetroparks.com\/Main\/Squires-Castle.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">Squires Castle<\/a> \/ <strong>Reception:<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lamalfa.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">LaMalfa Centre<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">I started my day off with the guys at Taylor&#8217;s house and this is how I was greeted. \u00a0The guys kept offering me some but I refused. \u00a0When taking a picture of the bottle one of the guys\u00a0came in and was getting ready in the doorway and I really liked how this turned out.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6393\" src=\"https:\/\/coreyann.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/la-malfa-wedding1.jpg\" alt=\"jameson bottle\" width=\"900\" height=\"598\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">This guy won my heart that day. \u00a0I thought when I took this he wanted HIS picture taken. \u00a0No, he wanted to TAKE the pictures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6394\" style=\"text-align: center;\">So I let him (while I held the camera of course) and I loved this image of the guys he took!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" height=\"598\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">I then headed over to Becca&#8217;s parents house and started with images of the GORGEOUS dress. \u00a0I loved the lace!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-6396\" sizes=\"(max-width: 399px) 100vw, 399px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">So.many.buttons but they were worth it because they completely made the look of the back of the gown!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-6397\" sizes=\"(max-width: 399px) 100vw, 399px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">I&#8217;m still laughing about this. \u00a0The ring bearer, my little buddy for the day, came CHARGING down the aisle, tossed the pillow to me and then ran back DOWN the aisle. \u00a0That was a first!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full style=\"text-align: center;\">This image of Taylor is one of my all-time favorites of the groom seeing his bride for the first time. \u00a0Aww.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img style=\"text-align: center;\">After the ceremony we had a bit of a drive to get to LaMalfa and Becca and I went back and forth trying to find a good spot that wasn&#8217;t too far off the route and we wound up deciding on Squire&#8217;s Castle. \u00a0Luckily it wasn&#8217;t packed and we were able to pop in and out pretty quickly and the light was perfect!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">How gorgeous are these guys? \u00a0LOVED the look of the long pink and beige dresses and the black tuxes!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"598\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">One of my favorite things about the bridesmaids look was that they were all in flats! \u00a0Since you can&#8217;t see the shoes anyway it was nice that Becca let them all have flats and be comfy!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">I also LOVED these gowns, so flattering!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Becca&#8217;s brother passed away a year before the wedding and I love how they chose to honor him the day of with black bands on the guys.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: running around in the image. \u00a0We did have a couple of boys that were being &#8216;photo bombers&#8217; but they finally knocked it off.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">And I still rue the day that people made photo bombing a thing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-6415\" while everyone was getting settled I ran around getting detail images of what I could. \u00a0This ice sculpture was too cool (ha) and the ice luge was in use later in the night to make ice cold center;\">After the entrance they went right into their first dance and it was full of laughs and smiles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" center;\">Once the formalities were over I took off with the rings and did a few images before I started hearing drums. \u00a0I wondered what in the heck was going on and came back in to going on was the start of the traditional Lebanese dances! \u00a0SO MUCH FUN!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full
