Exactly one year before I met up with Meghan and Timothy for their engagement session at Edgewater Park<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0I was very much looking forward to seeing them again!<\/p>\n

Their wedding day was perfect – from the weather (although hot there was no rain!), to the vendors (look below for the amazing dream team they assembled!), to the decor (so so so pretty!), to the people (both families and the bridal party were amazing to work with)… I could go on and on and on but I think you get my point. \u00a0My favorite part of the day though was just watching Meghan and Timothy together. \u00a0Timothy could barely contain his tears when he saw Meghan for the first time walking down the aisle and later he could barely contain tears of laughter after their cake cutting got a bit messy. \u00a0They know how to laugh and love together and that’s the best recipe for a marriage!<\/p>\n

Congratulations to you both and thank you so much for trusting me with your wedding day! \u00a0Thank you also to Tom Forrest<\/a> for being my wonderful second shooter with me on their wedding day!<\/p>\n

\u00a0Tom started his day off with the guys and I loved the images he captured of Timothy getting ready.\"Groom<\/p>\n

Timothy’s brother kissing his son the ring bearer before the wedding ceremony is one of my favorite pics Tom took!<\/p>\n

\"Groomsman<\/p>\n

Meanwhile I was with the ladies who were getting ready at the bride’s parents house.<\/p>\n

\"Bride<\/p>\n

Meghan’s sister, who was also the Maid of Honor, helped Meghan with her final touches for her wedding ensemble.<\/p>\n

\"Maid<\/p>\n

When we all arrived at the church Tom was outside capturing this gorgeous image of Church of St. Dominic in Shaker Heights.<\/p>\n

\"Church<\/p>\n

The ceremony began and Timothy awaited the lovely Meghan to make her entrance. \u00a0When he saw her start her way down the aisle his eyes welled up and it almost mad me tear up it was so sweet.<\/p>\n

\"Groom<\/p>\n

I loved that both of Meghan’s parents escorted down the aisle. \u00a0Also, isn’t her Mom’s dress phenomenal?<\/p>\n

\"Bride<\/p>\n

The whole ceremony these two stole sweet looks at each other through the whole service.<\/p>\n

\"Wedding<\/p>\n

The kiss!<\/p>\n

\"First<\/p>\n

After the ceremony they had an East Coast Custard truck waiting for their guests which was such a great idea! \u00a0The guests were elated and it was the perfect treat for a really hot day.<\/p>\n

Props to Tom for getting me a cup to eat on my way to the locations downtown for portraits (it was delicious!).<\/p>\n

I am so glad Meghan got some as well!<\/p>\n

We started out with portraits at one of the favorites in Cleveland – the bridge next to Shooters on the Water on the West Bank of the flats. \u00a0It’s a well love location for a reason!<\/p>\n

\"Bridesmaids<\/p>\n

The guys clean up well don’t they?<\/p>\n

\"Groom<\/p>\n

I am glad that the ivy has held onto its vibrance so far this season, often it dies out pretty quickly in due to the heat of the iron.<\/p>\n

\"Bride<\/p>\n

Love love love these two.<\/p>\n

\"Shooters<\/p>\n

The next stop is one of my favorites for a great skyline photo of Cleveland.<\/p>\n

\"Cleveland<\/p>\n

On the opposite side of the skyline is this really neat gate below the apartments nearby. \u00a0It never fails to provide a great backdrop for some classic portraits. \u00a0I really love how their hands are wound together while they kissed.<\/p>\n

\"Black<\/p>\n

Tom captured this handsome portrait of Timothy while I worked with the ladies.<\/p>\n

\"Groom<\/p>\n

This dress was so beautiful on Meghan!<\/p>\n

\"Bride<\/p>\n

I really loved these gorgeous beige lace J. Crew dresses with the delicate bouquets from The Budding Tree.<\/p>\n

\"Bride<\/p>\n

The guys again with Tom!<\/p>\n

\"Groomsman<\/p>\n

One last fun portrait with all of the bridal party before heading towards the reception.<\/p>\n

\"Black<\/p>\n

We made a quick stop on East 4th for a few portraits among the Lake Erie Monster pregamers (spoiler alert: they won the championship!)<\/p>\n

\"Bride<\/p>\n

While the cocktail hour took place on the second floor at The Old Courthouse, Tom and I madly ran around capturing the amazing decor of the ballroom.<\/p>\n

\"Cream<\/p>\n

The gold mirrored table numbers were beautiful!<\/p>\n

\"Cream<\/p>\n

The varied centerpieces were beautiful and a great way to liven up the large space without getting too crazy.<\/p>\n

\"Gold<\/p>\n

As always, Wild Flour hit it out of the park with the cake for this reception.<\/p>\n

\"White<\/p>\n

The rings were stunning but that goes without saying.<\/p>\n

\"Wedding<\/p>\n

This picture of the cake cutting and Timothy backing away cracks me up every single time I see it.<\/p>\n

\"Bride<\/p>\n

Timothy didn’t go easy on Meghan but she just laughed it off and it was perfection!<\/p>\n

\"Groom<\/p>\n

After the cake cutting they went straight into their first dance to John Legend’s All of Me and, of course, it was a sweet and perfect first dance.<\/p>\n

\"First\"Bride<\/p>\n

The toasts were next and Timothy’s Best Men – his brothers – went first. \u00a0It ended with a literal mic drop and was epic.<\/p>\n

\"Toast<\/p>\n

\"Laughing<\/p>\n

Meghan’s sister went next and it was such a sweet moment.<\/p>\n

\"Maid<\/p>\n

I loved the gold glitter Bride and Groom signs on the back of their chairs!<\/p>\n

\"Bride<\/p>\n

The final toast and blessing was from Senator Sherrod Brown and it was one of the loveliest blessings I’ve heard. \u00a0He blessed not only the food but the farmers who grew the food, the drivers who drove the produce and so on. \u00a0It was perfection.<\/p>\n

\"Ohio<\/p>\n

After dinner Meghan and her father opened the dance floor with their dance.<\/p>\n

\"Father<\/p>\n

It was shortly followed by Timothy and his Mother dancing and it was so wonderfully sweet.<\/p>\n

\"Mother<\/p>\n

The dance floor was packed for the rest of the night thanks to Scott Jones and his amazing talent! \u00a0This is quite an amazing feat for The Old Courthouse since the dance floor there is so large!<\/p>\n
