<\/p>\nDue to a crazy hot and humid summer a lot of my clients last year put off their engagement session until it was a bit more cooler and not so sweat inducing. \u00a0Rebecca and Tim were one of those couples and the way things ended up we wound up doing their engagement session about a week before the wedding! \u00a0It wasn’t the first and it won’t be the last that happens this way… and every time I always love it! \u00a0It’s kind of fun to have a quick turnaround from the casual and relaxed engagement session to a more formal event within a short period of time. \u00a0October is also my favorite month so more sessions in the pretty leaves makes me a happy camper!<\/p>\n
Rebeca and Tim were so much fun to work with! \u00a0They are photographers themselves so when I said something crazy I didn’t get the raised eyebrow in wonder. \u00a0They just went with whatever I suggested. \u00a0I loved that they suggested Virginia Kendall for their engagement photos and that they were willing to go on the less often chosen side of the trail – the overlook is OK but it’s tough to have in the right light to photograph well. \u00a0The rocky side has so much more interesting bits (but they both are neat!). \u00a0Luckily we nailed our start time well to have light in the forest while still having good light when up above as well, which is a tricky feat! \u00a0Above all else though, I just loved working with them because they are such great people.<\/p>\n

We were talking by their car about their upcoming honeymoon to Maine (which I LOVE) and I saw the way the light was coming in through the trees. \u00a0I begged them to humor me for a few more photos.<\/p>\n
