• The other weekend Rachael + Joe had a SUPER fun first dance where they went into some seriously awesome choreographed moves (pics to come).  I was on You Tube today and saw another couple that did something similar and I LOVE it and am quite jealous of their photographer! Of […]

  • As soon as your husband-to-be places that ring on the finger, you have one huge obligation after you say yes that must be met within a few weeks otherwise it will be the bane of your newly engaged existance – setting the date!!!  I can’t begin to guess how many […]

  • I had the awesome opportunity to second shoot for the fabulous Brooke Mayo while I was on vacation in the Outer Banks.  I was super stoked since Brooke (as you should know by now) was my uber spectacular wedding photographer.  She is so much fun to shoot for/with!!!  It was a great way to spend my last day on the beach - and it got me away from the icky boys at our rental house!!!

Ian & Michelle were such a cute couple whom came down from Virginia to get married in the Outer Banks at The Sanderling hotel in Duck.  Ian’s son was the cutest thing since sliced bread.  I got to play with the guys while Brooke was with the ladies.  We ended up on the beach shooting some groom-als and while we were out there some dolphins came by to say hi!  Totally awesome!  Afterwards the beautiful ceremony took place on their beachfront deck and then after some fun portraits on the beach we headed over to the reception area across the street which is soundfront for some primo sunset action.  They were such a great couple!!  Thank you for letting me assist Brooke!!

    He meant business!!!

  • Almost a month ago (ACK where has my time gone!) I met up with Joe and Rachael for an engagement session in Little Italy in Cleveland.  I absolutely LOVED this area (I had never been before) not only due to the great nooks and crannies to be had but for the smells!  WOW.  Someday I plan to seriously chow down here :)   Joe and Rachael had booked their wedding pretty last minute so mostly wanted to get together to get to know one another before their big day (which is this Saturday) and get a few pics in.  I had so much fun strolling around the ‘main’ street of Little Italy and then down the street Rachael used to live on.  There were so many wonderful places to shoot and they were such a great couple to work with.  They are such a cute couple together, it’s impossible not to smile when seeing them together!  I can’t wait for Saturday!   Thanks for coming out and introducing me to a new neighborhood!
