Ever since I can remember, I’ve known what stores were union and what were non-union and if they were non-union always meant we shopped somewhere else.  My Dad was a card-carrying member of his Electrician’s Union (IBEW Local #306) and whenever he could, he made sure to support his fellow union workers.  It made me smile whenever I was contacted by Carpenter Magazine to shoot a local Ohio carpenter whom had just won the Drywall Olympics back in May.   It made me proud that a local Ohio union worker is making his mark and doing good work!  The icing on the cake was that David and his family were so kind and gracious – such a breeze to shoot.  I finally received a copy of the magazine today and I wanted to share it with you.
