Where do I even begin? Some weddings just have that magic that cannot be put into words or pictures. This was that wedding for me.
Now, it should be no surprise that I LOVE COLOR as you tell from my images. So Sara and Nathan’s wedding was straight up my alley with allll the colors! It was such a perfect day for a wedding too – the temperatures were perfect, just cool enough so that no one was a sweaty mess but just warm enough to enjoy being outside for a ceremony. The leaves were SO perfect and my happy fall heart was doing a jig all day long.
Sara and Nathan were SO much fun to work with all day. Their smiles were HUGE and their love for one another was a joy to capture. Their wedding party was so fun and easy to work with and their families were a treat. It was such a magical day from beginning to end.
Thank you so much for trusting me to capture your wedding day!

I’m in LOVE with Sara’s shoes, they were SO pretty and tied in with her colors so beautifully!
Nathan was in his suite getting ready with the guys while Sara was with her people in their suite at Lantern Court.
One of the latest trends I cannot get enough of is the GORGEOUS backs of wedding gowns! Isn’t this gown stunning?
Sara and Nathan each had small gifts and letters for one another. Nathan had a whole ipad presentation for Sara that left her crying and smiling and having ALL the feels.
Sara made Nathan a lovely shadowbox with various momentos of their relationship to that point which left him a bit verklempt as well.
Soon enough it was time for their First Look! First we took Nathan down to their spot and I revisited my favorite stairs for some photos of both Nathan and Sara on their way downstairs.
How gorgeous does Sara look?!
TA DA!
Nathan couldn’t stop stealing looks at Sara and smiling. I can’t blame him, she looked amazing! AND I couldn’t resist another shot showing off the back of the gown.
This little pond is a favorite of mine at Lantern Court, it’s so perfect no matter what time of year.
Even though I love color I can never resist a classic black and white.
This is everything perfect about Lantern Court and Autumn in Ohio.
I loved their eggplant colors which popped against the fall colors.
A perfect dip on slippery leaves!
Sometimes there’s photos that I just LOVE for strange reasons that I can’t explain, this is one of those photos.
A quiet moment before the bridal party arrived.
Bleil’s Secret Garden did a FABULOUS job with Sara’s bouquet. It was SO colorful and perfect!
This group was so perfect! Such a joy to be around when they were getting ready!
See what I mean about the eggplant? Such a great color for the autumn.
While it was mostly an overcast day the sun popped out here and there and this was the PERFECT time for a bit of sunshine.
Group hug!
Time for the ceremony! Their wedding had a ton of fun signs like this one by Berry Nice Writing not only helping guests to find their seats but to personalize the day a bit more.
First Looks don’t change the emotions when seeing each other at the ceremony, as you can see with Nathan and Sara. More often than not, they are more emotional!
This spot at Lantern Court is one of my most favorite ceremony locations in Northeast Ohio. Especially in the evening when the sun lights the trees up and everything glows like it did on their wedding day.
Now the ceremony… it was so personalized to Sara and Nathan! Persephone did such a beautiful job with their ceremony, there were few dry eyes in the crowd!
Lots of tears!
THEY DO!
This may be my most favorite Mr & Mrs photos! SO happy!
Once the sun started to dip closer to the horizon there was a bit more of a chill in the air so Sara added a wrap and I LOVED this look so much that I demanded a few extra photos with it on after the family photos were done.
Perfection!
How fun is this beautiful cake from Pink Bandana Bakery?
The favors were homemade jam and honey from Sara and Nathan! I LOVE homemade gifts! So much more personal.
Sara and Nathan love Ed Sheeran and Berry Nice Writing made a ton of signs with various lyrics of his through the reception room.
How beautiful is this centerpiece? I loved these lanterns!
Of course they weren’t just going to walk in all calm and boring. They had huge smiles and a little jig in their steps.
The toasts were perfect and lovely.
They had a beautiful choreographed first dance!
After a bit of dancing they played the “shoe game” and this photo makes me giggle every time I look at it.
I LOVE Sara’s engagement ring, I have never seen such a fun colorful ring and I couldn’t resist playing with her bouquet to bring out the colors in it.
