Last November I headed up to Cleveland to photograph the beautiful wedding of Ashley and Brett at the Hyatt Arcade in Cleveland. The temperatures finally turned and it was a cooler day so I’m glad that they had the Hyatt for photos out of the cold!
These two were so calm all day. Nothing fazed them at all and everything was just a breeze. There was a long break between the ceremony and reception and they opted to visit a bar they liked after the photos were done. I love when clients do this because it gives them time to ENJOY being married and the day with their friends.
As always, the Hyatt was amazing – definitely one of my favorite venues in Cleveland. You can’t go wrong with a wedding here.
Thank you for trusting me to capture your wedding day!!
Bridal Gown: Soterro and Midgley via The Dress Bridal Boutique / Cake: Wild Flour Bakery / Ceremony: Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist / DJ: Brian McDonald with Cleveland Music Group / Florist: Lowe’s Greenhouse / Hair & Makeup: REFEYEANCE Makeup & Hair / Reception: Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade
I adored Ashley’s gorgeous Soterro and Midgley gown from The Dress Bridal Boutique! SO pretty and elegant!
They did a beautiful job on her makeup!
I loved the custom shirts that Ashley gave her bridesmaids!
Isn’t she stunning??
HOW CUTE IS HE?! He was the most charming ring bearer everrr!
Lots of misty eyes as Ashley made her way down the aisle.
Again, stunning.
Such a beautiful ceremony!
St. John the Evangelist is a beautiful cathedral.
The kiss!
This guy was out for the count midway through the ceremony. Being the ring bearer is tough work!
They snuck in another kiss!
After the ceremony we made our way over to the Hyatt for some photos.
I loooooved their flowers, so pretty with the varying reds and pinks with the ferns!
This bridge is always a favorite spot.
No matter the view it’s gorgeous.
Such a stunning couple!
I really am digging this trend of every bridesmaid wearing a gown that’s different in the same fabric/color. These Azazie red gowns were STUNNING on all the ladies!
Can’t forget how dapper these guys looked in their navy suits with the red ties.
This group was so fun and easy to work with.
Standing up from the same position and it’s another pretty photo.
These ladies were so fun and gorgeous, right?
The guys were a bit more prepared for cooler weather with their jackets so we did a few more photos with them.
The light was beautiful while we were at the bar so they willingly stepped out for a few photos along the Cuyahoga River.
Back to the Hyatt again and isn’t this cake from Wild Flour Bakery perfection?
I loved the subtle art deco details with the table numbers for their tables.
Loooved these champagne glasses!
Isn’t this venue stunning?
By far the Hyatt has the best ‘view’ for a grand entrance into a wedding reception!
They went straight into their first dance which was coordinated perfection!
Before the dinner they did toasts and they were lovely.
After dinner they did a combo parents dance which was a nice twist on the tradition.
Then the dance floor opened and Brian McDonald from Cleveland Music Group kept it packed for the rest of the night!
