While it’s always so crazy to schedule because you never quite know when the blossoms are going to hit, I LOVE doing spring engagement sessions at Wade Oval Lagoon / Cleveland Museum of Art. The cherry blossoms there can bloom anywhere from the beginning to the end of April so when clients want that timeframe it’s often a lot of checking in and a holding pattern to see when they pop. When they do finally bloom it’s another waiting game to see how long they last since the weather that time of year can be anything from 85 to 15 and they depend on it staying temperate and not windy.
I’m SO glad that Michelle and William chose this time of year though because it was a bit past the time for the blossoms they were still there so we got to enjoy the tinge we had left. It was also so lush and green which is always a welcome sight after the long dead winter! Their wedding was SO much fun and I can’t wait to get that up on the blog soon!
