Brides Talk • Jessie

One last submission before I draw a winner!  This is from Jessie who had such a great wedding day and I still smile EVERY time I see the picture of her first look she had with her bridesmaids and again with her Dad.  Her Dad reminded me a lot of my father and it warmed my heart to see these two together all day.  Justin also surprised me when the shy and somewhat reserved man that I knew from the engagement session and the early part of the wedding day busted loose on the dance floor!  What a great day!  Thanks again for having me a long for your lovely day!

“I can’t believe how amazing our photos turned out! My husband was hesitant to make the investment in a professional photographer, but I knew by looking at all of Corey’s photos that I had to have her do our wedding. I would gladly tell any bride who is on the fence that she is absolutely worth it! People who couldn’t come to the wedding said they felt as if they had been there just by looking at our photos, and that is exactly what I was looking for. We were both so comfortable with her, which is hard for my husband to do most of the time. And I was definitely glad we did the engagement shoot—Corey even met us on her vacation in North Carolina to take the photos! On the wedding day, she helped fold pocket squares, put my veil in, and did all of our formals in less than an hour! There was an awkward part of the reception due to a laid back DJ, and Corey quickly found out what was going on and kept things moving. She was much more than just a photographer that day, and when the memories start to fade we will be able to relive our wedding every time we open our album! Words can’t express our gratitude!”

I think that Christen and Ben will go down as one of the most memorable weddings ever due to the crazy high temperatures that day.  Heat is the way of the land for weddings in the summer but the heat index was well over 100º that day – in fact there was even a heat…
