A couple weeks ago I had the pleasure of working with this family in Pepper Pike on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon. Everyone was in town to celebrate their father’s retirement and 70th birthday and they wanted some photos to document this event. It’s always an adventure when you have small children and even more of an adventure when you add in dogs but the session went well and I loved how the images turned out.
The whole family! I love how they included their beloved pets as well.
While they were getting into a grouping I captured this moment between poses and it turned out to be one of my favorites from the day.
I loved the blossoming tree in the background!
The expressions here are priceless!
This was his first experience with grass and he was entranced!
Gathering up the kiddos for a new pose and yet another in-between moment that quickly became a favorite.
I love how he went into a senior-esque pose for me without even trying.
Such a great moment! <3

Your article on PP on unplugged weddings was superb. Would like to take a wedding course from you sometime.
