•  After their magical engagement session at Stan Hywet, I have been eagerly awaiting this wedding between these two.

•  Their August wedding was a bit out of character for Ohio, it was rainy and quite cool!  It was a nice relief for the humidity we’ve had lately but I was sorry to see the drizzle for their wedding day but luckily we were able to make the portrait time work outside!

•  I love when I’m able to stay close to home for weddings and I started this wedding at Jenny’s parents house which is almost in my backyard!  There is something extra fun when you could WALK to the start of your wedding!

•  These two love each other so much, it was an absolute joy to work with them all day.  They smiled and laughed and just loved.  It was a perfect day!

A little bit of girl time before the ceremony begins!

The family dog was a treat to see before the ceremony at Jenny’s Parents house.  She was so sweet!

John had a bit of fun with his guys before the ceremony, they were on hand to give him some help getting ready!

We stepped outside before the ceremony started for some quick portraits with them as well and luckily were able to avoid any raindrops!

Often the first kiss is in the middle of the catholic ceremony and luckily I knew when to expect i!

Ribbon wands have been huge this year and they are quite fun in pictures!

These groomsman knew how to work a gazebo!

I loved the color combination of these grey dresses with the pop of pink in the bouquets!

When driving into The Quarry I saw this water feature and wished I had been able to let them know we should stop here, I turned the corner and they were waiting for me hoping to get a picture here!  Win!

The parents dances were both sweet!

Boston is Jenny’s nephew and was the ring bearer and needless to say, he got a kick out of the garter removal!  At one point he came around and was with John under Jenny’s dress!
