A few years ago I photographed a magical New Years Eve wedding with Marie’s sister Catherine and I fell in LOVE with their family. I was so excited when her sister contacted me to photograph her wedding! Originally it was scheduled for last year near Thanksgiving but life happens and they ended up moving it to the end of the following year on the day before her sister’s anniversary. I was SO excited to photograph another winter wedding with this family and Ohio brought the weather!
I need to pause in the midst of the weather jabber to gush about Marie’s dress. When she opened up the garment bag I let out a gasp, it was SO stunning and SO perfect for a snowy day. The light grey was just so stunning on Marie that even months later I still am in awe at how amazing it was. Ladies, don’t be afraid of going away from white!
Back to the weather – these two were absolute rockstars and were brave enough to go outside in the snow (which was falling beautifully!) and cold for a few photos en route to their reception. They had their love to keep them warm though! These two were all smiles and stars in their eyes all night long, especially when they were near each other.
Many congratulations to you both – thank you so much for allowing me to capture your magical day!

Seriously, how amazing is this gown? SO gorgeous!
Catherine and Andy now have an adorable son and he was the ring bearer! His Dad had to join him since he was a bit scared.
Marie’s proud father escorted her down the aisle.
Robert was so excited to see Marie!
It was a perfect and beautiful ceremony.
The kiss!
These two braved the cold and snow for a few photos outside on their way to LaCentre.
I adored the jacket Marie wore – it fit perfectly with her gown.
Seriously loved these two, they were so lovely and natural together.
I love how the snow perfectly laid in Marie’s gorgeous hair.
How amazing is Marie’s bouquet? HeatherLily did a fantastic job!
Robert’s boutonniere was also perfection.
Lake Erie was very angry that day but made for a great backdrop!
Their reception decor for their wedding was amazing! It was very woodsy and perfectly encapsulated winter.
How lovely is their card box?
LaCentre puts on a beautiful spread for their cocktail hour for weddings.
The ballroom looked amazing!
Wild Flour Bakery knocked it out of the park!
HeatherLily did a phenomenal job as well.
The reception kicked off with emotional and perfect toasts.
After dinner Marie and Robert cut the cake and they do so beautifully.
Their first dance was sweet and perfect.
While Marie’s dance with her Father was emotional with tears at bay for its entirety…
…Robert’s dance with his Mother was full of glee and giggles!
While the Grand Avenue Band played the night away I captured photos of their rings!
