Madison and Jeremy had such a beautiful wedding day at Nickajack Farms! Their August wedding was thankfully not humid at all and it was so sunny and lovely out! I’m so glad it was because the outdoor ceremony space for weddings at Nickajack Farms is so pretty and man did Cathy Cowgill Flowers do a fantastic job with the floral display on it!!

Back to Madison and Jeremy though – they were so lovely to work with. I also had a great time with their bridal parties who were easy going. We didn’t have a ton of time for portraits but everyone went along with me as I tried to make sure we got everything in we could in the time we had. I’m glad that at the end of the night Madison and Jeremy opted for a few more photos before I left though! I always feel guilty when there’s a time crunch even if there’s nothing I can do about it (or did to cause it!).

Also – I just wanted to shout out how much I enjoyed the groom and groomsman’s looks! It was such a great move for an outdoor wedding in August to have the men just in vests with rolled shirtsleeves!

Gervasi Vineyard Canton Wedding with Jill and Scott

We all know that I adore micro weddings at Gervasi Vineyard in Canton by now, right? I can’t count how many times I’ve raved about them on here but I’ll do it again! While their full weddings are, of course, amazing, there is something to be said about their intimate / micro wedding package and how Gervasi has managed to make their beautiful venue fits weddings of all sizes.

As with most of their micro weddings, the ceremony was held in the conservatory on a hot July day. No matter the temperatures outside, inside the conservatory it’s always perfect. On this day they had the a/c going and it was gloriously cool inside! Like I’ve said that little spot is magical! 

Jill and Scott were a delight to work with – I’m still *obsessed* with Jill’s STUNNING Jovani gown. That was a work of art! Every time I see a Jovani dress I want to see more. They are always so amazing! The extra pop for that dress was the amazing bouquet that Nikki’s Perfect Petal Designs created. It was such a wonderful complement to the dress! Scott looked pretty great too of course but I think he’ll agree with me that Jill’s outfit was the stunner of the day.

Gervasi Vineyard Wedding with Brandi and Christopher

Oh how much I absolutely adore the sweet intimate weddings that I get to photograph at Gervasi Vineyard! The conservatory/greenhouse/gazebo (whatever you want to call it!) is my favorite place in all of Ohio for a small wedding. It has the charms of an outdoor ceremony with the abundant light and greenery thanks to the plants but air conditioning and heat for Ohio weather. It seats up to 40 people and I’ve had clients convert it to the dining space for their reception for smaller weddings. It really is just a magical spot.

Brandi and Christopher booked me for their July wedding and I was delighted to be their photographer! They had such a great vendor team too! I’m still in love with the florals from Nikki!! Also, I cannot have a wedding with Ohio Wedding Lady Catherine Daniels and NOT rave about how much I adore working with her and the ceremonies she officiates. She’s just so good. I also loved Brandi’s dress that was perfect for a hot summer day but still definitely was bridal with the white satin.

Beyond all the amazing vendors though was this fantastic couple that I was overjoyed to work with! Congratulations to you both yet again!
